AOLISHENG A4510 45 mm Drawer Slides: Specs, Variants and Where to Use Them
AOLISHENG A4510 45 mm Drawer Slides
The A4510 is AOLISHENG’s 45 mm-wide light-duty telescopic slide for cabinet and furniture work. With a 12.7 mm installation thickness and a side-mounted full-extension travel, it is the platform behind our everyday kitchen, bathroom, wardrobe and office cabinet slides, and the base family for the soft-close, push-to-open and stainless variants sold under the 1245 and P4510 codes.
Where the 51 mm, 53 mm and 76 mm series exist to carry tool chests and industrial cabinets, the 45 mm platform is built for the opposite job: a slim, quiet, low-profile slide that disappears inside a residential or light-commercial cabinet and still opens the full depth of the drawer.

Where a 45 mm slide is the right choice
- Kitchen and vanity cabinets — the 12.7 mm body fits the narrow reveal behind a standard cabinet side panel.
- Wardrobes and bedroom furniture — full extension lets a deep drawer clear the cabinet front completely.
- Office and retail fixtures — quiet travel and a slim profile suit customer-facing cabinetry.
- Multi-drawer projects — the 10-pair and 5-pair packs cut the per-drawer cost on full-kitchen jobs.
- Damp or coastal rooms — choose the 201 or 304 stainless builds; see when to choose 304 over coated steel.

A4510 against the heavier AOLISHENG series
| Series | Width | Catalogue load | Typical use |
|---|---|---|---|
| A4510 (this page) | 45 mm | 35 – 45 kg | Residential and light-commercial cabinets |
| 5115 | 51 mm | 68 kg (≈150 lb) | Tool boxes, workbenches, RV storage |
| 2053 | 53 mm | 120 kg (≈265 lb) | Camper drawers, workshop cabinets |
| A2071 | 71 mm | 150 kg (≈330 lb) | Industrial drawers, ball-bearing duty |
| 7625 | 76 mm | 220 kg (≈485 lb) | Tool cabinets, industrial equipment, server rails |
The rule of thumb: if the drawer carries cutlery, clothes or paperwork, 45 mm is enough and gives you the slimmest reveal. Once the load is tools, batteries or machinery, step up to 51 mm or wider. Our drawer slide selection chart walks through the load, mount, extension and locking decisions in order.
Choosing a length and pack size
- Measure the inside depth of the cabinet, not the drawer box, and pick the closest available length in the 10 – 24 inch range.
- Leave the full 12.7 mm clearance each side between the drawer box and the cabinet wall, or the slide will bind.
- For a whole kitchen, buy by pack: the 10-pair A4510 covers a typical run, the 5-pair K1245 a single cabinet bank, the 3-pair F1245 a vanity.
- If the cabinet sits in a bathroom, utility room or coastal property, choose a stainless build rather than zinc-plated steel.
Step-by-step fitting instructions for side-mount, undermount and bottom-mount slides are in our installation guide, and the wider trade-offs are covered in the drawer slide buying guide.
Frequently asked questions
What load does the A4510 actually carry?
The ALS 2026 catalogue rates the 45 mm platform at 35 kg (≈77 lb) for the standard Q235 and 201 stainless builds, and 45 kg (≈100 lb) for the 304 stainless build. Individual AOLISHENG listings state the rating of the exact build shipped, so check the product page before specifying.
Is the A4510 full extension?
Yes. All 45 mm variants listed on this page are full-extension side-mount slides, so the drawer clears the cabinet front on full travel.
Can I get a soft-close or push-to-open version?
Yes. U4510K and K1245 are the soft-close builds, F1245 is push-to-open, and P4510 combines push-to-open with soft close. All share the 45 mm body, so the same cabinet cut-out works across the family.
What lengths are available?
10 – 24 inch closed length per the catalogue. Longer runs for wide drawers need the 51 mm 5115 series, which goes to 40 inch.
Should I choose zinc-plated steel or stainless?
Zinc-plated Q235 is the standard choice for dry interior cabinets. Choose 201 or 304 stainless for bathrooms, utility rooms, outdoor kitchens and coastal properties. Our guide on 304 stainless versus coated steel explains the difference.
Do you sell in bulk and make custom lengths?
Yes. AOLISHENG is a manufacturer with three self-owned factories and supplies both standard catalogue families and made-to-spec industrial slide rails. Send the drawing or the target load and length through the quote form.
