Cabinet Drawer Slides
Cabinet drawer slides are chosen as much for how they feel as for the load they carry: a kitchen drawer that catches halfway or slams shut is noticed every single day. This collection covers the cabinet side of our range — soft close undermount slides, 100 lb full extension side mount rails, push-to-open slides for handleless fronts, and the heavier models used on pantry drawers and island storage.
Most kitchen and bathroom cabinetry sits in the 100 lb class, which handles dishes, food storage and small appliances comfortably. Deep pan drawers, corner units and kitchen islands with stone tops are the exceptions — a drawer holding cast iron or a stand mixer is better served by a 150 lb or 265 lb model, and by a bidirectional slide if the drawer needs to open from both sides of an island.

What load rating do kitchen cabinets need?
100 lb is the standard answer for base and vanity drawers and covers almost everything. Go to 150 lb or 265 lb for deep pan drawers, pot and pan storage, and anything under a stone worktop, where the drawer box itself is heavy before you put anything in it.
Should I use undermount or side mount for new cabinets?
Undermount gives a cleaner look — no visible hardware when the drawer is open — and is the standard for frameless European-style cabinets. Side mount is cheaper, easier to install and to replace later. Both are available with soft close.
What is soft close and how does it work?
A hydraulic or pneumatic damper at the back of the slide engages in the last few inches of travel and slows the drawer to a controlled stop instead of a bang. It protects the cabinet face and the drawer front, and it is the single upgrade most people notice.
What is push to open?
Push to open replaces the handle: you press the drawer front and a spring mechanism releases and pushes it out. It suits handleless kitchen and bathroom fronts. Remember it needs a small gap in the drawer front to press against, and it does not work with a soft close unless the model is built for both.
Can I add soft close to existing cabinets?
Usually yes, if the opening can take a soft close slide of the same length and mount type. Measure the closed length of the existing rail, the side clearance and the mount style before ordering — replacing a 3/4 extension slide with a full extension soft close one is a common retrofit and works well.
How many pairs come in a pack?
It varies by model — some of our cabinet slides ship as a single pair, others as multipacks of 3, 5 or 10 pairs for whole-kitchen projects. The pack quantity is listed on each product page.
