Can I order samples before a full production run?

Yes. We ship sample sets of any AOLISHENG model so you can validate fit, load and finish before committing to volume. Tell us your cabinet opening width and drawer length and we will match the model.

Do you make custom lengths or mounting holes?

Standard lengths are stocked, and custom lengths, hole patterns and finishes are available for OEM and ODM projects. Share your drawing or dimensions and our engineering team will confirm feasibility.

What is the typical lead time and MOQ?

Stock models ship from our US warehouse in 2 to 5 business days. Production runs for custom or large orders are scheduled per your forecast; minimum order quantities are confirmed when we quote.

Are mounting screws and instructions included?

Each set ships with the matching fixing hardware and a fitment guide. Side-mount and undermount models use standard wood screws; stainless and heavy-duty sets include the heavier fixings they need.

What warranty do AOLISHENG slides carry?

All slides are built from cold-rolled or stainless steel with sealed ball bearings and are covered against manufacturing defects. For your application we will confirm the rated cycle life and warranty terms in writing.
